He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Barney Byrd, Sr. and Nancy McGraw Byrd; his wife Michelle Bass Byrd of Terry; his children, Jason Byrd (Vicki) of Florence, Rebecca Byrd of Florence and Kristin Phelps (Cody) of Florence; his siblings, Barney Byrd, Jr. of Byram, Glen Byrd of Jackson and Linda Barker of Madison; and his grandchildren, Meredith Byrd, Ashton Bailey, DelaWrynn Phelps, Jett Phelps and Sully Phelps.
