She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lewis and Dezzie Foster Lewis; her husband James Rabon Freeman; her siblings, Oscar Lewis (Arlist Lewis), Juanita Thornhill and Eudell Howington; her grandchildren, James Anderson and Alyssah Freeman; and her great grandchildren, Waylon Anderson and Ella Carson.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Carson (Mike), Crystal Freeman (Dacey), Kevin Freeman (Susan), Mitch Freeman (Laura), Jeff Freeman (Stephanie) and Darlene Freeman. She is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Riverwood Family (76 US-51, Brookhaven, MS 39601). A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
