He was predeceased by: his half-brother Donald; and his grandson Charles W. Davis, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Betty McElroy; his children, David, Alan Ingvardsen and Patty Philpott (Donnie); his stepdaughters, Diane Creamer and Barbara Broussard (John); and his brother Roger Ingvardsen.
