She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Earl Lacy and Catherine Lacy. She is survived by: her adoptive son Josiash Johnson; her siblings, Ronald E. Lacy, Brenda Lacy, Karen Lacy and Patricia A. Stuckey; and her close friends, Jewel Gallion, Norman Smith and Rose Washington.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Lakefront Memorial Funeral Home (976 Main St, Tchula, MS 39169). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church.
