She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Lee and Lula; her husband L. C. Carter; her children, Alexander Carter, Bobby Carter, James Carter and Dian Evan; and her siblings, Houston Lee, Pete Lee and Annette. She was also cherished by nineteen grandchildren, thirty-one great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild as well as other family and friends.
