He is survived by: his wife Donna Blakeney Phipps of Taylorsville, MS; his children, Mark Phipps (Melissa Blakeney) of Taylorsville, MS, Mike Phipps (Bridgitte) of Taylorsville, MS and Joanna Phipps Quinn (Mark) of Taylorsville, MS; his grandchildren, Channing Phipps of Pascagoula, MS, Brady Quinn of Taylorsville, MS, Hailee Chisholm Crumpton (Matt) of Taylorsville, MS, Joshua Chisholm of Louin, MS, Cameron Phipps (Ashley) of Bay Springs, MS and Anna Grace Purser of Mendenhall, MS; his great grandchildren, Cannon Phipps of Bay Springs, MS, Ellie Phipps of Bay Springs, MS and Edyn Phipps of Bay Springs, MS; and his siblings, Mitchell Phipps (Denise) of Taylorsville, MS, Mary Jo Phipps Anderson of Taylorsville, MS and Susan Phipps Bounds of Taylorsville, MS. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
