He is survived by: his wife Velda Horn of Taylorsville; his children, Bethani Horn of Mize, Lindsay Cooley (Brett) of Belle Chasse, LA, Jamie Kilgore (Heather) of Taylorsville, Shawn Atwood of Taylorsville and Kelton Atwood of Taylorsville; his grandchildren, Destinye Ryann Horn, Casen James Cooley, Kian Thomas Cooley, Aldyn Elizabeth Cooley, Natalie Nicole Kilgore, Madison Diane Kilgore and Sawyer Kane Atwood; and his siblings, Martha Katherine Evans of Bay Springs, Terri Jo Edwards of Taylorsville and Edgar Lynn Horn (Judy) of Taylorsville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
