She was predeceased by: her husband Wendell Hobson Stennett; her daughter Sherry Jean Stennett; her parents, Oree Norris and Gussie Powers Norris; and her siblings, Dewitt Norris, Roland Norris, Eloise Norris Dees and Patricia Norris Finnegan.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Stennett Mize (Danny) of Starkville and Daniel Booth of Taylorsville; her grandsons, Louis Hobson Simmons and Geoffrey Dean Simmons (Brittany); and her great grandchild Sage Marie Simmons. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
