He is survived by: his wife Annis McKee; his children, Billy Wayne McKee Sr. (Bonnie), Teressa Lloyd (Scott), James Michael McKee, Stephanie Brewer (Billy), Brett Anderson (Lyndsi) and Lindsey Robinson (Josh); his grandchildren, Christy Lipe (Eric), Missy McDowell (Scott), Billy McKee Jr. (April), Naomi Muffuletto (Beau), Isaac Brewer (Kimberly), Ryan Brewer, Brianna Brewer, Payton Meacham, Kaylee Meacham, Allie Meacham, Logan McLendon, Preston Anderson, Presleigh Anderson, Pinleigh Anderson and Chloe Robinson; his great grandchildren, Michael McKee, Wesley Lipe, Chase Lipe, Gunner McKee, Kinley McKee, Aiden McDowell and Russo Muffuletto; his brother Leon Marcell McKee (Betty); and his daughter-in-law Karen Blakeney.
