It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobbie Ruth Smith (Taylorsville, Mississippi), who passed away on August 8, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Livingston Jones and Ruby Harkey Jones; her husband P. H. Smith, Jr.; her brothers, William C. Jones and James C. Jones; and her son Jimmy Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Smith and Susie Robinson (Bobby); her sister Betty Shedd; her grandchildren, JT Smith (Kim), Charlie Smith (Tammy) and Nicki Gutter (Grant); and her great grandchildren, Callie Smith, Payton Smith, Xander Gutter and Colton Smith. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
