He was predeceased by: his father Billy Ray Howard; and his siblings, Mary Lee Rogers and Bobby Ray Howard. He is survived by: his daughters, LaTangela Reeder of Laurel, LaTasha of Laurel, LaKisha Howard of Laurel and Breanna Howard. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
