She is survived by: her husband Charles Woods of Orwood, MS; her children, Charles Woods (Deidre) of Nashville, TN and Melissa "Missy" Woods of Oxford, MS; her grandchildren, Devin Slate (Courtney) of Courtland, MS, Lebresha Slate of Southaven, MS, Tyler Woods and Briá Woods of Nashville, TN; her great grandchild Myles Slate of Courtland, MS; her sister Vickie Vaughn of Taylor, MS; her sister-in-law Phyllis Fondren (Benetta Wadlington) of Taylor, MS; and her aunts, Mildred Egerson of Taylor, MS, Lorinne Lockhart of Memphis, TN, Jackie Vaughn of Oxford, MS and Ina Wadlington of Oxford, MS. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
