She is survived by: her mother Mildred Egerson of Taylor, MS; her children, Shirley Ivy (Ora), Marvin Ivy (Annette), Martha Shaw (James) of Taylor, MS, Mildred Ivy of Taylor, MS and Dean Carothers of Taylor, MS; her grandchild Latwanza Ivy of Taylor, MS; her siblings, Luther Egerson (JoAnn) of Taylor, MS, Levora Hairston (C. W.) of Taylor, MS, Vermacy D. Corbitt of Taylor, MS, Thelma Willingham (Jimmy) of Taylor, MS, Cenora McGee of Oxford, MS and Alma Corbitt (Lynn) of Jackson, MS; her sister-in-law Earlene Egerson of Racine Wisconsin; her godchild Chris Hairston of Taylor, MS; her aunt Lorine Lockhart of Memphis, TN; and her close friends, Willie Mae Woods, Rayner, Cora Booker, Sue Brown, Shirley Carothers and Eulastine Thompson. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren; 14 great-great grandchildren.
Her Friday's joy was volunteering with the RSVP (Pink Ladies) Lafayette County at Baptist Memorial Hospital.
