He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Polk, Jr. and Frankie Harvey; his uncle Courtney Miller; and his grandmother Mae Bertis Miller. He is survived by: his wife Susan Polk of Sumrall, MS; his children, Alan Polk (Jam) of Foxworth, MS, Drew Inman (Erin) of Fairhope, AL and Summer Polk of Meridian, MS; his siblings, Alice Kenneson of Gautier, MS, Francis Harvey (Diane) of Lucedale, MS and Howell Harvey (Sharon) of Moss Point, MS; and his grandchildren, Madison Inman (Austin), Piper Inman, Tinley Inman, Kennedy Koehn, Willie Polk and Harlon Polk.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hulett-Winstead Funeral Home Sumrall Chapel (150 Crossland Rd, Sumrall, MS 39482). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Tommy's name, to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the charity of your choice.
