He was predeceased by: his children, Lance Temple Masters, Anne Marie "Missy" Masters and Walter Clayton "Clay" Masters; and his sisters, Alma Jean Anderson and Loree Meaders.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Clements Masters; his son Patrick Masters; his daughter-in-law Rhonda Masters; and his grandchildren, Patrick Odom (Heather), Kristi Pate (Bryan), Jeremy Odom (Bre), Leslie Blackwell (Blake) and Connor Lance Masters.
