She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Earl Vowell and Esther Lorraine Pickett Vowell. She is survived by: her husband William Donald Norris of Sumrall, MS; her children, Donny Norris (Wanda) of Bassfield and Lori Norris Brumfield (Alex) of Tylertown; her grandchildren, Toby Norris (Anna), Jessi Carballo, Corrin Roberts (Taylor), Molly Roberts, Jimmy Daley and Melanie Kohnke (Hunter); her brothers, Robert and Glen Reid Vowell; and her great grandchildren, Manny Carballo, Ryleigh Carballo and Grayson Roberts.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rock Hill Baptist Church (518 Rock Hill Rd, Mt Olive, MS 39119). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the W. T. Norris Cemetery (11 T Norris Ln, Bassfield, MS 39421).
