She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Franklin Carter, Sr. of Sumrall and Lena Mae Carter of Sumrall; her brother Billy Carter of Memphis, TN; and her nephew Billy Carter Jr. of Sumrall. She is survived by: her daughters, Sonya (Tom Grubbs) and Lisa Kipley Aultman of Sarasota, FL; her grandchildren, Tyler Grubbs of Lithia, FL., Michael and Kathryn; her brothers, Earl Franklin Carter Jr. (Sonny) of Sumrall and James Carter (Jimmy) of Pascagoula; her nieces and nephews, Vicky Carter Brown, Amy Carter, Beth Carter Lantrip, Marsha Carter Graham, Earl Franklin Carter III Carter (Franky), Wynn Carter, Bentley Carter and Jamie Carter; her brother Sonny; and her friends, Susan and Jan.
