He was predeceased by: his son Tim Broome; his parents, Buel Broome and Virgie Arnold Broome; his stepmother Sarah Broome; and his sister Juanita Hudson (Henry Tom).
He is survived by: his wife Judith Goar Broome of Sumrall, MS; his daughters, Mechelle Ramshur (Darnell) and Leigh Denham (Danny); his grandchildren, Magan Evans (Jeff), Blake Broome, Mandi Stringer (Mitch), Brandon Denham (Toby), Kristian Broome and Justin Denham (Jolie); his sister Wanda Hudson (Marlton); and his daughter-in-law Beth Broome. He is also survived by nine Great Grand Children; A host of nephews and nieces.
