He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Lucus and Evan Lucus; and his siblings, Mildred Pouncey, Elna Wells, Nelson Lucus, Herman Lucus, Carroll Lucus, Edward Lucus, Otis Lucus and Jack Lucus.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Russell Lucus of Sumrall, MS; and his sons, Stanley Lucus (Lisa) of Sumrall, MS and Mitchell Lucus (Holly) of Independence, LA. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
