He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Zeb" Williams and Ora Brown Williams; his wife Cleo Quin Williams; and his brothers, Walter R. Williams, Robert Clifton Williams, James B. Williams and Lamar Alford Williams.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert B. Williams and Thomas M. Williams (Pam); his granddaughter Nicky Williams; and his siblings-in-law, Jeanette Williams, Dorothy Williams and Steve Beard (Glenda). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
