He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Mullen and Trudia Reid Mullen; his siblings, Joe Mullen, Marjorie Smith and Myrtle Alexander; his brothers-in-law, Ray Smith and Roy Toepfer; and his nephews, Jason Mullen and Shane Ashley.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy Andrews Mullen of Summit; his children, Chris A. Mullen of Summit, Denise L. Keith of Augusta and Kim M. Bankston (Randy) of Watson, Louisiana; his foster daughter Donna Frazier of Amite, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Ashlyne Mullen, Caila Campos, Adrienne Langlinais, Darien Campos, Shane Bankston, Maxim Bankston, Denver Bankston, Lona Jackson and Maxie Mullen, II; and his siblings-in-law, L. W. Alexander, Frank Frazier, Sherry Mullen and Brenda Toepfer. He is also survived by Great Grandchildren.
