He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Fife and Alma Baker Fife; his wife Nancy Louise Beckstrome Fife; his daughter Patricia Ann Fife; his siblings, Jessie Fife, Bill Fife, Kenneth Fife, Mary Rolland and Betty Jean Fife; his son-in-law William Bill Petty; his granddaughter Cassie Kelly; and his great grandchild Cohen Harrell.

He is survived by: his children, Eddie Fife of Rayville, LA, Michael Fife (Kerrie), David Fife (Lynette), Bonnie Petty and Holly Crowell (Jerry); his close friend Brenda Gradick of Monroe; his sister Dorothy Sue Black; and his grandchildren, Michelle Hill, Virginia Petty, Wesley Petty, Chelsea Lowe, Shawn Fife, Christopher Fife, Jeremy Fife, Johnny Ray Fife, Derek Fife, Kody Fife, Jessica Fife, April Fife, Stacey Guyotte, Brandon Fife and Jackie Dickson. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
