He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Julius Moak; and his brothers, Elder Ray "Bud" Moak, Dennis Moak, Delos Moak and Delton Moak.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Sue Smith Moak of Summit; his children, Cindy Moak McEwen (Darren) of Summit and Brian Moak (Tammy) of Summit; his grandchildren, Jason McEwen (Sarah) of Madison, MS, Jana Brackett (Blaise) of Chelsea, AL, Skyler Moak of Summit, Madison Moak of Summit and Brandon Moak (Auburn) of Jackson, MS; his great grandchild Luke McEwen; and his sister Malissia Sasser (Bert) of Bogue Chitto. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
