He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Andrew and Rachel Wallace Moak; his wife Annie Pearl Adams; his siblings, Vernon Moak and Vivian Moak Hart; his great grandchild Arrington Michael Wilson; and his grandson-in-law Hank Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Dickie Moak (Patricia) of Bogue Chitto, MS, Earl Moak (Jean) of Bogue Chitto, MS, Joel Moak (Barbara) of Wesson, MS, Pam Alexander (Noland) of Summit, MS and Stacey Davis (Chuck) of Bogue Chitto, MS; his grandchildren, Bridget Moak Cade (Bradley), Adam Moak (Renee), Lana Moak Morris (Michael), Randi Richardson (Ryan), Eric Moak (Misty), Jodi LeBlanc (Jason), Luke Moak (Amanda), Todd Davis (Katelyn), Bradi Davis White (Zac), Dara Moak (Grant Williamson), Kaitlin Moak Ashley (Justen), Jedd Moak (Heather), Mattie Alexander Marsalis (Sam) and Nikki Alexander Fuller; his great grandchildren, Brandon, Brent, Brooke Cade, Elizabeth, Ethan Morris, Max, Jake Richardson, Malaine, Maddie, Austin, Alex, Brayton, Brylee Moak, Bryce, Jon Bowen LeBlanc, Ardynn Wilson, Tripp, Ty Marsalis, Brody Moore, Luke White, Sadie Pearl, Sarah Helen Davis and Mallory Ashley; his brother Tom Moak (Willa); and his sisters-in-law, Sue Adams Moak (Eugene) of Summit, MS, Rose Adams Sterling of Bogue Chitto, MS, Betty Sue Smith of Bogue Chitto, MS, Frances Blackwell Adams of Baton Rouge, LA and Hilda Adams of Hattiesburg, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, neighbors, friends.
