He is survived by: his children, Allen Pepper (Verla), Harold R. Melton (Judy) and Ann Van Norman (Kenneth); and his sister Sandra K. Sisson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren with numerous nieces and nephews.
