He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Amburgey and Neva Alberta Amburgey; his daughter Danielle Marie Parker; and his brother Bart Amburgey. He is survived by: his daughter Lauren Shurden (Donald) of Oak Grove; and his sister Narice Moore.
