She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Clark and Clark of Pennsylvania; her son Michael Collins; and her siblings, Mary Goodin and Samuel Clark.
She is survived by: her husband Derrell Lee Collins of Sturgis, MS; and her siblings, Onnie Bell of Columbus, MS, Glenn Clark of Macon, MS and Robert Clark of Jackson, MS. She is also survived by two grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
