He is survived by: his mother Bennie Coggin Watson of Griffin, Georgia; his wife Brenda Beasley Watson; his sons, Taylor Watson (Sissy) and Reid Watson (Mary); his sisters, Susan Watson Marlin (Jeff) and Stacy Watson Hopper; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Aubrey, Spencer, Cullen and Penelope.
