He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Mills and Sylvia Mills; his wife Dorothy J Mills (Squires); and his siblings, Margarette Rankin, Mae Skyles, Louise Mills, Lucille Mills, Dorothy Fitzpatrick, Sylveen Ballard, Jesse Mills, Chuck Mills, Joe Mills, Bobby Mills and Johnny Mills.
He is survived by: his children, Judy Beal (Gordon), Linda Williams and Randy Mills (Gabrielle); his grandchildren, Kelli, Orion, Joshua, Ashley, Matthew, Lindsay, Cody and Michaela; and his brother Raymond Mills (Karen). He is also survived by 27 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
