He is survived by: his wife Tessa Cooper (Lanford); his sons, Frank Cooper Jr. and Chad Cooper; his grandchildren, Madison Hamacher (Cooper), Hayden Cooper, Monroe and John Hollis Cooper; and his sisters, Audine Haynes, Carolyn Lemons and Wanda Denman.
