He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Collins (Jackie) and Sandra Anderson (Ray); his grandchildren, Joseph Collins (Ashley), Jessica Rogers (Cody), John Michael Collins (Destiny), Steven Anderson and Jakob Anderson; and his great grandchildren, Hailey Jones, Destiny Bush, Wilhelm Rogers, Waylon Rogers, Adelynn Collins, Camdyn Cook and Carlee Dudley.
