She was predeceased by: her husband Eddie Sullivan; her parents, Earnest Breazeale and Pauline Parrett Breazeale; her children, Sherrie Roach and Darrin Sullivan; and her siblings, Douglas Breazeale of Edward Breazeale and Brenda Pruitt.

She is survived by: her children, Randall Sullivan (Tammy) of Moselle, Chad Sullivan (Cathy) and Connie Williams (Robby) of Stringer. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
