He is survived by: his wife Donna Brantley Brooks of Enterprise, MS; his sons, Dillon Brooks of Amarillo, TX, Christopher Slayton of Enterprise, MS and Johnathan Slayton of Baton Rouge, LA; and his sister Toy Horn of Amarillo, TX. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
