She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Crawford, Sr. and Willie Kelly Crawford (Maxie Ray Combest); and her siblings, Sarah Catherine Middleton and John F. Crawford, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Steve Combest (Kathy) and Keith Combest (Jo); her grandchildren, Chase Combest (Shanna), Chelsea Medley (Jesse), Kristy Mazeika (Julian) and Chris Biddy; and her great grandchildren, Rowan Combest, Ridge Combest, Theo Medley, Sophia Mazeika and Jackson Mazeika.
