He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Lewis and Carey O'Destin Lewis; and his sisters, Louise Veal and Bobbie Jean Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Louise Lewis; his daughter Sandra Brown (Eric); his grandchildren, Jeremy Boney (Tiffany), Summer Downs and Hunter Ascione (Christy); his great grandchildren, Isbella Boney, Mark Walker, Braxton Walker, Korbin Lockhart, Teagan Lockhart and Archer Ascione; and his sister Gennie Buckley (John Wayne). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
