Harper; his children, Daniel Edward Harper (Stephanie), James Timothy Harper (Barbara), Angela Legg (John) and Kimberly Smith (Donald); and his brothers, Hulon Harper (Muscle) and Richard Harper (Ricky). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
