He was predeceased by: his parents, Almer Spivey and Lennie Spivey; and his siblings, James Milton "Pete" Spivey, Francis Ray Spivey and Louise Mecca.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Daugherty Spivey; his daughters, Suzette Lewis (Donnie Earl) and Annette Holloman (Keith); his grandchildren, Lee Lewis, Anna Carroll, Alex Holloman (Bonnie), Anthony Holloman (Grace), Brent Holloman, Jesse Lewis, Joddie Lewis and Jasmine Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Jayden Carroll, Kade Carroll, Braxton Lewis, Rylen Lewis, Presley Ann Holloman, Patton Rose Holloman, Ainzley Carroll, Logan Wix and Brock Holloman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
