She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Smith and Bertha McHan Smith; her siblings, Pauline, Sammy, Robert and Roy; and also Lula B. Ridgaway Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Rodgers Stevens (Joan) and Lynn Stevens (Rebecca); and her grandchildren, Jessica Grotpeter (Jeffrey), April Phelps (Nicholas), Dr. Wade Stevens (Brandi), Teri Maurer (Eric), Amye Stevens and Miranda Stevens. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces & nephews.
