She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Lee and Cleo Knight Hardin; her husband Jimmie Burton; and her siblings, Lorene Goss and James Burton.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Burton of Blaine, James Burton (Debra) of Sunflower, Mary Jane Burton Long (Charles) of Petal, Larry Burton (Sharon) of Blaine and Jerry Wayne Burton of Blaine; and her siblings, Ruby Goss of Doddsville, Ruth Turner of Holcomb, Alice Turner of Kosciusko, Pearl Pattridge of Stewart, Edna Johnston of Union, Faye Burchfield of Stewart and Charlie Hardin. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
