He is survived by: his wife Peggy Haynes; his children, Jason Haynes, Shelia Hollis, Michelle McCain, John Brooks and Brenda Sanders; and his siblings, Kay Thames and Allen T. Haynes. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
