He is survived by: his wife Kay Odom Perkins; his children, Tammy Ray (Calvin) and Jeffrey Perkins (Jannel); and his grandchildren, Lance Perkins, Laura Perkins, Chelsey Smith (John) and Lauren Moore (Brandon). He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
