We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2021, at the age of 82, Charlie Mae Hill of Steens, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley James and Lillie Mae Williams Walker; her husband Joe W. Hill, Sr.; and her children, Joe W. Hill, Jr. and Joann Eaves.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Young (Frankie) of Steens, MS and Lynn Short (Jimmy) of Caledonia, MS; and her sisters, Dollye McBrayer of Louisville, MS, Nancy Bradford (Buddy) of Columbus, MS and Joyce Bushey of Millport, AL. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
