She was predeceased by: her parents, George Peacock and Louise Woods Peacock; her husband Carl Dean Handley; her children, Chris Handley and Bonnie York; her great grandchild Kai Sansing; and her siblings, Cecil Peacock, Gerald Peacock, Frances Dorroh, Margie Fason and Lazell Green.

She is survived by: her son Ray Handley; her children-in-law, Gina Handley and Frank York; and her siblings, Janice Peacock and George Peacock. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
