He is survived by: his wife Louise Clark of State Line; his children, Lisa Clark Smith (Ty) of Waynesboro and Ricky Clark of State Line; his grandson Grant Smith of Los Angeles, CA; and his sister Lola Mae Brewer of State Line. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
