He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Ezell and Gracie Lee Smith; his stepfather Roosevelt Smith; his sisters, Laverne Dearmon and Vivian Sullivan; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia "Pat" Ezell, Roy Edward Mizell and Arnold Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Alma "Abbie" Ezell; his daughters, Brittany Loper (Anthony) of State Line, MS and Tiffany Beasley (Brandon) of State Line, MS; his grandchildren, Kendon Loper and Lakelyn Loper; and his siblings, Shaley Ezell of State Line, MS, Hugh Smith (Sheila) of State Line, MS, Ann Mizell of Fruitdale, AL, Carolyn Williams (David) of Millry, AL, Brenda Gibson (Dawsey) of Franklin, AL and Evelyn Miller (Fred) of Millry, AL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Johnson Creek Cemetery.
