She is survived by: her husband William Clark Carpenter (Billy); her children, Tabatha Jeannette Hessenius (Bill) and Thurman Lamar Box; her siblings, Topsy McElroy, Connie Shurden (Otha), Wanda Gray (Sam), Robin Bell (Billy) and Danny Mann (Debbie); her grandchildren, Trevor Clark Carpenter, Kirklan Paul McMinn and Coy Oscar McMinn; and her mother-in-law Linnie Carpenter. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
