She was predeceased by: her husband Milburn "Skip" Gardner, III; and her parents, Mary Katherine and Norman John Winte. She is survived by: her brother Scott Byars (Cecilia); her children, Kurt Gardner (Leigh) and Kristin Edelblute (Kevin); and her grandchildren, Caleb, Kayleigh and Alex Edelblute.
