With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Neil Watkins (Starkville, Mississippi), who passed away on November 30, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his sister Mary Ann Watkins-Dodd; his children, Courtney Watkins, Tracee Watkins and Brian Watkins; and his grandchildren, Gabby Watkins, Ben Watkins, Christian Watkins, Ericha Neilee and Ogle.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Welch Funeral Home (201 W Lampkin St, Starkville, MS 39759). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Habitat for Humanity in Neil's honor http://www.habitat.org.
