He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Kinard and Johnnie Kinard Wells Mark. He is survived by: his wife Tina Kinard; his stepsons, Billy Douglas and Jim Douglas; and his siblings, Diane Smith (Bobby) and Stuart Kinard (Rhonda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
