He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Fraiser, Sr. and Evelyn Wells Fraiser; his sisters, Juanita (Bobby Baker) and Marguerite (Robert Montgomery); his granddaughter Lucille Fraiser; and his son-in-law Thelton Bryant.
He is survived by: his significant other Burgoon Law Firm; his children, John J. Fraiser, III and Martha Fraiser Bryant; his stepchildren, James L. Whitehead, IV (Jim) and Emilie Whitehead Odom (Mike); and his grandchildren, Mary Adelyn Fraiser, Paul Fraiser, Jenn Odom and Asher Odom (Sarah).
